Phone Calls:  We answer our phones from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.  After 5:00 pm, please call our Exchange Service at (314) 362-4426.  Calls after 5:00 pm are handled by off-site nurses and should be reserved for emergency or urgent situations only.

Nursing Calls:  Please call our office before 5:00 pm for any routine medical questions so that you may talk to one of our office nurses.

Doctor Calls:  Our doctors are happy to talk to you regarding your child.  They make their call backs during the noon hour if possible and at the end of their day which is typically after 5:00 pm or when they have finished patients.  If time allows they will attempt some calls during the course of the day.

Walk-in Sick Appointments:  We only accept walk-in sick appointments from 7:30 am until 8:15 am Monday through Friday mornings for established patients only.  This time frame is only for sick appointments.  There are no walk-in appointments on Saturday mornings.  After 8:15 am, you must have a scheduled appointment.  If you arrive after 8:15 am without an appointment, you will be given the first available time slot.  Our phones are turned on at 8:00 am Monday thru Saturday for appointment scheduling.  If you are a new patient to our office, you should call for a same day appointment and not use the walk-in time.

Same Day Sick Appointments:  We schedule sick appointments on the day that you call.  We typically do not prebook sick appointments.  Please call the office the day you want to come in and we will be happy to see  you!

Patient Feedback

Dear Dr. Adams,
Many thanks for your "long distance doctoring" of our son's poison ivy while we were in Kentucky. The pharmacist in Liberty couldn't say enough about you. We all think that Devin is very lucky to have you as his doctor.
Dear Dr. Birmingham,
We want to thank you again for your dedication and personable care of our three children and us, the parents.  We feel we have the best doctor possible and that makes our job/life much calmer and happier - we admire your warm personal care.
Dear Dr. Smith,
We want to thank you for your time and attention when you sent our child to the ER.  We knew you felt our complete terror.  You kept in contact with the ER doctor and helped make the right decision for our child.  Your knowledge and kind way has sealed our family's healthcare decision.  You are truly a partner in our children's health.
